1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and AIzer. By accessing or using AIzer, creating an account, signing up for a demo, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use AIzer on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to both you and that organization. If you do not agree, do not use AIzer.

2. The AIzer service

AIzer provides software for organizing matchmaking workflows, managing singles and related context, surfacing possible fit ideas, tracking follow-ups, and supporting human-led review. AIzer is a tool, not a substitute for your judgment, diligence, communication, or legal and ethical responsibilities.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may limit access where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product integrity, or violations of these Terms.

3. Eligibility, accounts, and access

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, workspace, credentials, invitations, exports, and integrations.
  • You must protect passwords, passkeys, tokens, and devices used to access AIzer.
  • You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents.

We may reject, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a security risk, legal risk, payment issue, unauthorized use, or breach of these Terms.

4. User content and data responsibilities

"User Content" means information, records, profiles, notes, files, messages, preferences, constraints, and other material that you or your authorized users submit to AIzer. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

You grant AIzer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and use User Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and enforce AIzer and as otherwise permitted by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for User Content and represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, notices, and lawful bases needed to submit and process it through AIzer. This includes information about singles, family members, references, contacts, and other third parties, including any required parent or legal guardian consent before entering information about an individual under 18. Do not upload unlawful, unauthorized, inaccurate, defamatory, discriminatory, exploitative, or harmful content.

You are responsible for reviewing User Content for accuracy, minimization, sensitivity, and appropriateness. AIzer is not responsible for the substance of User Content or decisions made from it.

5. AI-assisted features and human review

AIzer may use automated or AI-assisted features to organize data, summarize context, generate suggestions, rank possible ideas, or identify follow-up prompts. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular person or situation.

You must independently review all outputs before relying on them. AIzer does not make introductions, relationship decisions, eligibility determinations, compatibility guarantees, or other decisions with legal, personal, religious, family, financial, medical, or safety significance. You remain fully responsible for your communications, judgments, recommendations, introductions, and decisions.

6. Acceptable use restrictions

You must not, and must not allow others to:

  • Use AIzer unlawfully or in a way that violates privacy, data protection, anti-discrimination, consumer protection, intellectual property, publicity, contract, or other rights.
  • Use AIzer to harass, exploit, deceive, defame, stalk, discriminate, or harm any person.
  • Enter information about another person without appropriate authorization, notice, consent, or lawful basis.
  • Use AIzer for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human review and legally required safeguards.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, overload, interfere with, bypass, or compromise AIzer or its security controls.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, test vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with another user's access.
  • Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, white-label, or commercially exploit AIzer except as expressly authorized in writing.
  • Use AIzer to train competing models or services, benchmark for competitive purposes, or extract substantial parts of the service.

7. Intellectual property

AIzer and its software, design, workflows, branding, trademarks, documentation, templates, content, and technology are owned by AIzer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use AIzer under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant AIzer a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Fees, trials, and payment

Some AIzer features or plans may require payment. Fees, billing periods, taxes, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be provided at checkout, in an order form, or in the applicable plan details. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing or plan features prospectively. If a payment is late, fails, is reversed, or cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate access after reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Third-party services

AIzer may link to or integrate with third-party services, including hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, email, AI providers, and other tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. AIzer is not responsible for third-party services, content, acts, omissions, security, availability, or data-handling practices.

10. Confidentiality

If you receive non-public AIzer information, including product roadmaps, security details, pricing, credentials, private beta features, or business information, you must use reasonable care to protect it and may use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed. User Content remains subject to the Privacy Policy and these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using AIzer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay fees, misuse AIzer, or if continued access would harm AIzer, users, third parties, or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and general provisions.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AIzer is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIzer disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and reliability.

AIzer does not guarantee matches, introductions, relationship outcomes, compatibility, accuracy of suggestions, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or preservation of all data. You use AIzer and any outputs at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIzer and its owners, operators, affiliates, personnel, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, data loss, emotional distress, reputational harm, or costs of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIzer's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to AIzer or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AIzer for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event giving rise to liability or one hundred U.S. dollars.

13. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIzer and its owners, operators, affiliates, personnel, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your User Content, use of AIzer, breach of these Terms, failure to obtain required authorization, notice, consent, or lawful basis for information about another person, failure to obtain required parent or legal guardian consent for information about an individual under 18, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or decisions, communications, recommendations, or introductions you make using or based on AIzer.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by emailing the other party and allowing 30 days for informal resolution.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or AIzer will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless applicable law requires a different forum. You and AIzer consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, claims must be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method. Continued use of AIzer after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Contact
